Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sonabdt ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through sonabdt, you unconditionally agree to be bound by every provision of this Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using sonabdt and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

sonabdt reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Changes take effect from the date they are published unless a later date is specified.

1.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion terms published on sonabdt, constitutes the entire agreement between you and sonabdt with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior communications, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use sonabdt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from sonabdt or any affiliated platform.
• You do not hold an employee, contractor, or affiliate relationship with sonabdt that would make participation in real-money gaming a conflict of interest.
• You are not diagnosed with or receiving treatment for a gambling disorder at the time of registration.

2.1 Age Verification

sonabdt may request identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be withheld. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned via the original payment method, net of any bonuses or promotional funds already played through.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on sonabdt. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all pending balances.

Account Registration

To access real-money features on sonabdt, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The registration form requests, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a unique password. You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and not misleading.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. sonabdt will never contact you to request your password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support immediately via live chat so that we can take protective action.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

sonabdt operates a Know Your Customer procedure in line with good-practice standards for online gaming platforms. As part of KYC, you may be asked to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment methods you use. KYC checks may be triggered at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any time during your account lifetime at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe communicated to you may result in a temporary hold on your account and any pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your name, mobile number, or payment details change, you must update your account profile or notify support as soon as reasonably practicable. sonabdt is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sonabdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. The specific minimum and maximum amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile financial services (MFS) — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are typically credited to your sonabdt wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. sonabdt is not responsible for delays caused by the MFS provider's own processing times, network outages, or maintenance windows. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number provided by your MFS app.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours and are typically completed within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. sonabdt reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any deposit that has not been wagered at least once on a real-money game is subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.
• sonabdt reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider from the withdrawal amount, where these fees are not absorbed by the platform.
• Players who have accepted a bonus must complete all associated wagering requirements before withdrawing funds originating from that bonus or winnings generated from it.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

sonabdt operates exclusively in BDT for all player-facing transactions. There are no currency conversion fees for Bangladesh-based players using local MFS channels. If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh and your bank or card issuer applies foreign currency conversion fees, those fees are solely your responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

sonabdt offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the promotion detail page and must be read in conjunction with this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by sonabdt carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated bonus funds or winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and expiry timeframe are stated in the specific promotion terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero — refer to the individual promotion for accurate figures.

5.2 Bonus Abuse & Misuse

sonabdt employs detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors or glitches in bonus calculations, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and withdrawing before completing stated wagering commitments. Where bonus abuse is detected, sonabdt reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account involved.

5.3 Seasonal & Regional Promotions

sonabdt periodically runs promotions tied to Bangladesh-specific events and sporting fixtures, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket, IPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. These promotions are open to eligible registered players who meet the stated criteria. sonabdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.4 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or proxy services will be treated as bonus abuse under clause 5.2 above.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using sonabdt you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with this Agreement, applicable law, and generally accepted standards of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sonabdt and will result in account suspension and investigation, potentially followed by permanent closure and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person or entity.
• Money laundering: Using sonabdt as a vehicle to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of any criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Coordinating outcomes with other players, exchanging information about hand holdings in card games, or placing wagers on fixed sporting events with prior knowledge of the outcome.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with games or the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or card provider for deposits that were genuinely received and credited to your account. All chargeback disputes will be contested and accounts involved will be suspended pending resolution.
• Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing sonabdt staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, game malfunctions, or any vulnerability in the platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a genuine software malfunction are void and will not be paid out.

6.1 Responsible Use of Chat Features

If sonabdt provides any live chat or in-game communication features, you agree to use them only for their intended purpose. Sharing personal contact details, advertising third-party services, posting offensive or discriminatory content, or engaging in any commercial solicitation within platform chat channels is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Account Suspension & Closure

sonabdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The player is under 18 years of age or has failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• A competent legal authority or regulatory body has directed sonabdt to restrict the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cool-off period under the Responsible Gaming policy.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the sonabdt support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days of the account being closed, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

7.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by sonabdt — all bonus funds, free spin credits, and uncompleted wagering progress are forfeited. Any winnings generated from bonus funds where the associated wagering requirement has not been met at the time of closure are also forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to any outstanding bonus conditions will be returned as described in clause 7.1.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Under Responsible Gaming

Players who self-exclude for a defined period or permanently under the Responsible Gaming policy cannot reopen their account or register a new account during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a different identity will be treated as a breach of this Agreement. Limitation of Liability

sonabdt provides the platform and all games on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sonabdt and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.1 No Guarantee of Continuous Service

sonabdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games. sonabdt is not liable for any losses — including wagering losses, missed promotions, or inconvenience — arising from platform downtime or technical disruption.

8.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a verifiable game malfunction — including display errors, communication failures between the game client and server, or incorrect paytable rendering — all affected game rounds are void and all stakes placed during the malfunction period will be refunded to the player's account balance. Winnings displayed during or as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. The decision of sonabdt on matters relating to game malfunctions is final.

8.3 Cap on Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, sonabdt's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or connected to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sonabdt and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of this Agreement, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or any third-party claims arising from content you submit through the platform.

8.5 Governing Language & Disputes

This Agreement is written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our support team should be escalated in writing to support@sonabdt. sonabdt will endeavour to respond to all formal written complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
